Blue sky team members take on an awesome responsibility - to help children and youth who need trusted adults to care for them, and about them. From helping with homework to talking about “what’s on your mind”, child and youth care workers build relationships that help build strengths - they are the core of everything we do. Our team of support staff includes maintenance, administration, accounting and management employees who all work to help Blue sky be able to respond effectively to the changing needs of children and families.

Blue sky employees are unionized under the Newfoundland and Labrador Association of Public and Private Employees (NAPE).
